Cookie Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

This policy explains how kissy918 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a smooth, secure, and personalized gaming environment for our users in Malaysia.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device, such as a computer or smartphone, when you visit. They act as a memory for the site, allowing it to recognize your device and remember certain information about your visit. Alongside cookies, we may use similar technologies like local storage (which saves data on your browser for longer periods) and tracking pixels (tiny invisible images that track if a page was loaded).

For a gambling platform, these technologies are essential. They allow the system to maintain a secure link between your session and your account, ensuring that your identity is verified as you move from the game lobby to the cashier. Without these, you would be required to log in every time you clicked a new link, making the user experience frustrating and inefficient.

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize our cookies based on their purpose. While some are critical for the site to function, others are used to enhance your experience or help us understand how our platform is performing.

Essential Cookies

These are strictly necessary for the website to operate. They handle core functions like keeping you logged in during your session and securing your MYR transactions.

Required for site to work

Performance Cookies

These help us see how visitors move around the site. We use them to identify which pages are most popular and where users encounter errors, allowing us to optimize the interface.

Optional

Functional Cookies

These remember your preferences, such as your language settings or the games you recently played, so you don't have to reset them every time you visit.

Optional

Targeting Cookies

These track your interests to show you more relevant promotions. For example, if you frequently visit the slots section, these cookies help us highlight similar new titles.

How We Use Cookies

Session Authentication We use cookies to verify your identity so you remain logged in while navigating different sections of the platform.
Preference Memory Cookies save your preferred currency (MYR) and display settings, ensuring a consistent look across your devices.
Security & Fraud Prevention We use tracking data to detect multi-account abuse and prevent fraudulent login attempts to protect your funds.
Traffic Analysis By measuring which pages are used most, we can prioritize updates for the most popular features of the kissy918 experience.
Relevant Promotions We analyze your interactions to present you with offers that match your playing style and interests.

Third-Party Cookies

In addition to the cookies we set directly, our platform works with various external service providers. These third parties may place their own cookies on your device to fulfill specific functions. These typically fall into three categories:

Analytics Partners

These providers help us understand user behavior and technical performance through aggregated data.

Advertising Networks

These partners help us reach new players and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

Payment & Security Services

Providers handling transactions or fraud detection may use cookies to verify the legitimacy of a request.

Because these cookies are managed by others, we encourage you to review the individual privacy policies of our service providers for more detailed information.

Private Browsing

Using Incognito or Private modes will automatically delete your cookies once the browser window is closed. However, this does not prevent the site from using cookies during your active session.

Important Notice: If you choose to block all cookies, including essential ones, key features of the website will fail. Specifically, you will be unable to maintain a login session or complete MYR deposits via the payments page.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your primary method of managing cookies is through your browser settings as detailed above. If our platform presents a cookie notice upon your arrival, you may use those options to indicate your preferences. You can generally revisit these choices by clearing your browser cache and cookies, which will trigger the notice to appear again.

Where provided by applicable laws in Malaysia, you may have general rights regarding your data, such as the ability to access, correct, or request the deletion of your information. For more comprehensive details on our operational rules, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or our internal operational practices.
